Lifewaves Breath Awareness

This workshop focuses on discussion and guided practice of simple breathing exercises for cultivating a more relaxed, efficient, conscious breath as the foundation of Mind/Body Health Maintenance. * Relax the way nature intended * Discover the secret of your own breath *  Participants can be seated in chairs, no need to change clothes, adaptable to any setting.

Yoga-Based Relaxation, Breath & Movement Awareness
(this workshop is also usually done in chairs, and is also adaptable to any setting)
An extension of the Breath Awareness workshop that includes simple, safe, gentle exercises for improving range of motion and flexibility. Discover a “new understanding” of movement, posture, and bodymechanics. An excellent introduction to Lifewaves Yoga.
  
Lifewaves Yoga Classes
Breath awareness for relaxation and centering (meditation).  Gentle, mindful movements and postures progress into slightly more challenging ones.  Always within your own comfortable ranges, and always adaptable to any individual limitations.  Sessions end with full body relaxation/guided imagery to deepen the Mind/Body Relaxation Response.
